It all begins with a dream. Seekie Simon, a New Orleans native, had big dreams beginning in high school of a career in film in television. After entering a theatre program at Louisiana State University she decided to take life by the horns and move across the country to Los Angeles and make her dreams come true. Shortly after arriving in L.A. she realized she loved the behind the scenes magic of film. She refocused her goals and decided to pursue a career in make-up.

In 2004 she entered the world of make-up and never looked back. She began her work in retail make-up sales and began her film and television journey 2009 on the scripted television show, Memphis Beat.

From there she loved the feeling of knowing her work was entering the homes of people all over the country each week and she was hooked.

Since then she has continued her work as a personal make-up artist and film and television key artist on the set of many shows and movies such as Video Girls, Cloak and Dagger, Cherish the Day, and Queen Sugar.
